from what ive heard nightfall weapons are req9 and up , so u wont get an inscribabale req8 sephis ...also im not even sure if its possible for a sephis axe to drop anywhere in elonia

it is true ive gotten a req7 6-20 blue sephis axe upgradable but not max dmg yes there are max dmg ones
