Atrribute Points Help Plz

i no that wen u lvl up u get attribute points, but im the maxlvl, is there any possible way to get more attribute points or do i have to play with the ones i have so far, plz respond

if you have 200 points then thats the max.

There are several possibilities.

First of all, you cannot gain any more attribute points by levelling.
Second of all, it depends on your chapter you started in. You need to do quests to get the last 2*15 attribute points ( level 20 should get you to 170 of the possible total of 200 points )

Also, do something about your spelling, kid.

You can apply runes to your armor to give your attributes a boost, too. Just be very careful not to use more than 1 superior and/or major runes, the health reduction isn't worth it (Vigor runes aside, of course.)
