WTB heal req foci, (hp+45/armor +5) while enchanted and (hp+60/armor +5) while hexed

I need a pair of monk offhands. skins mean nothing to me, but everthing else is pretty much a must.

One must be:
req 9 or lower healing
health +45 while enchanted
armor +5 while enchanted

the other must be the same but for hexed

req 9 or lower
health +60 while hexed
armor +5 while hexed(or enchanted on this one)

of course they must be +12 energy and gold
