I am looking to buy either the Inscription "Serenity Now" (10% all skill recharge), or a focus item with the stats of the inscription.

Focus item would need to be Earth Magic 12 or lower, Illusion Magic 12 or lower, or Fast Casting 10 or lower, to be effective for my character.

Am willing to pay whatever you desire.
