Did Anyone's inscription unlocks get locked?

OK not sure where to post this but I was checking out my unlocks earlier today and noticed that some of my unlocked "Prophecies" Inscriptions needed to be unlocked. I'm pretty sure they were unlocked last night but for some reason they arent unlocked anymore. I also think that these inscriptions are suppose to come unlocked to anyone with prophecies so they should be unlocked for me. (Had Prophecies since release)

It looks like about 10 inscriptions a few wand and focus upgrades that where unlocked before are no longer unlocked.

Has this happen to anyone else and any idea what i should do or who to contact to get this fixed?

I've had that happen with a few skills, actually. Ones that I unlocked with faction, then later still said locked. I had to unlock them again.

It was not a case of maybe I was going to unlock it, but forgot and didn't. There was one skill specifically that I unlocked because we were going to use it in a build for HA, then 2 people had to leave so we never got to run it. Later, when we were going to run it again, the skill was no longer unlocked. It had been on my char's skill bar until I logged out.

Yep. Latest update re-unlocked them though, so I wasted a couple k of faction.

Support isn't going to help you with this, unfortunately.

I had something like this with Olias. Its weird stuff, but luckily very rare. At least for me...

Yep, I've had this happen. Usually with updates to the new chapter.

I had it happen with Factions. I"d gotten 10k Balth faction just before release so I could open up a ton of runes, and next update, viola-locked again.

When i identified a 10^50 inscription, i had to unlock 15^50 again, happened with some other inscriptions too.

A lot of people seem to be having things relock, even though upgrades like Strength and Honor were unlocked automatically. Email support.

Yup same happened to me. Made a thread about it earlier. However, no-one else seemed to have experienced the same. Guess I'm not the only one anymore.

Do you have a email address i can contact support with i tried filling out the form on that support page but never got any confirmation or response.

I'm hoping things will get fixed the next time GW is patched right now I'm a little hesitant to unlock anything for fear that itll happen again since i have no idea what caused it in the first place. Right now I'm not playing GW anymore till this gets fixed or till im sure they are not going to fix it. Sigh i spent the last week or so pveing unlocking elites and upgrades for some serious pvp action but that doesnt seem to be happening now.

I really dont care about the unlocks its about 15k or so of faction and I should be able to get that easily even though its kind of hard to pvp without some of those inscriptons but its more about not knowing what caused this to happen in the first place thats keeping me away from GW.


If i had to guess on what happen i would have to say i went back to a factions toon I started when factions came out but never leveled to 20, I think I found an shield or focus item that had +8 earth armor or something like that and it unlocked something for me but since it wasnt an inscriptions unlock it might of messed up my unlock table or something like that. Not really sure since I did a lot of things between the last time i knew i had the unlocks till when i noticed they were relocked.
