Loading says 100% after a short while, but it stays there for a long time. Then sometimes it will bounce back down to 0%. Whats wrong?

if your internet speed is high enough, delete the Gw.dat and then run the game with the -image command

A couple other things that you can do to boost the performance of your machine is:
1 upgrade to 1 gig of ram
2 upgrade to a better video card

Both of those will give you a very noticable increase in speed and stability, and may help with the loading issues you are having.
