Step By Step!

Hi All!

I got recently "hacked" my account by someone,so he is playing my account,the account still have same password and i'd like to change it,only since they new method im all mixed up!A lot of people did that kind of post and the answer are always to hard to understand.Whould be cool if someone can explain STEP BY STEP how to change the password whit the new system(they just send you on PlayNC.com -_-).

For information,i never bought something from the GW store so i had to creat a PlayNC account.

Sorry double-post,I forgot to say that my account have Prophecies+Faction and i only remember(have) my Faction code-key

first thing to do is to click reset password. like this



then a new password is sent to the email that you registered your account under. i think its same email as your account name

then you login with this new password, and click edit account, on the bottom left corner of the character selection screen.

then in the menu, you see an option to change password

EDITin't received Email yet and actually how can this work anybody will just writte the email and have the password?O.o because when you click reset password you'r not logged on.

if its YOUR email nobody except for you is suposobly able to log on to it to read the password.

and you dont write an email, you just trigger a bot to change your pasword. ya anybody can clik it, but its only you who can look in the email

Between not really whit the subject but i found that that when old account click change password they just ask old password.
