i would say around 30-40k, energy-1 is quite undesirable.

40-70k but can go lower seeing as -1 energy IS unwanted and iwth the inscriptionable brutes out now prices have fallen a fair bit... i could be wrong ><

req9 15^50, HP+30 is selling around 70k, so this will not go any around 70k 
and this is not inscribable, so ppl wouldn't buy this simply for skin
