PC on Ancient Shield and Death Magic Wand

I have a couple of items I would like Price Checked:

1.
Gold Ancient Shield
Armor 16 (requires 12 Command)
Inscription: "Riders on the Storm"
Armor +10 (vs Lightning Damage)

2.
Gold Cyclopian Wand of Memory
Cold Damage 11-22 (requires 9 Death Magic)
Halves Skill Recharge of Death Magic Skills
Inscription: "Too Much Information"
Damage +15% (vs hexed foes)

1. 20k or so imo... more or less... may want to salvage the 10 vs

2. not really sure, not a very popular skin, might get 10-20k+, or maybe way more... really can't say :/
