PC on req9 unid gothic sword

hi, can anyone give me a price check on this item:

where do u find it ? if in Nf, u can mod it pefect 15^50 around 60K to 90K
if u found it at faction, I guess req 9 und like 25K to 40K now,but since nf out,not easy to sell it ,gl

You cannot expect a PC on an unid item, if you want an accurate PC, id it.
