Attack at the Kodash??

Attack at the Kodash mission makes you pick between going to Nundu Bay or Jennur's Horde. How can I get to both of these areas? Does it matter which I pick? I want to unlock all missions in the game. Is it possible?

Yes, pick up both quests and do both quest before doing either mission.
Edit: There was a bug, but it's fixed.

This quest(Heart or Mind: Garden in Danger) is currently bugged. Sometimes Seborhin Protector Zuor sends players to Garden of Seborhin rather than Nightfallen Garden. The bug occurs with players that chose the other storyline path, complete the game, then return to finish this quest. A workaround option is to join a party with a person that can currently access the Nightfallen Garden. Once inside you can continue the quest. This was fixed in the Tuesday November 21 update.
