OK Really need help with this

Alright so I'm sitting on my rnager today hoping to get her some fo the heroes and begin unlocking elona with her. So get the four first heroes and i wanna equip them with the bonus items for now so of course i type /bonus and hope to get my items. Don't worry i do the real problems comes when i try to equips them. For some reason the insightful spiritbinder equppied to dunkoro but onc ei created a new one it wouldn't equip to anyyone else and all the toher tiems would not equip to anyone else either. Its as if the items aren't customized for4 me even tho it says they are. I'm thinking its a problem witht he customization code that stops a new character with the same name as a deleted one from equpping the deleted char's customized stuff. Anyway can anyone help me out here? Should I contact Anet?

PS: tried recreating the items, throwing them away. relogging, pretty much all the basic stuff.

It's a bug; everyone has it. They'll patch it soon..... maybe.... hopefully.

Really? I never heard of it before form anyone but i guess others have it. Well I hope they patch it soon. this ruins quite a few of my builds. I usually dump the spiritbinder on my caster heroes but now i need actual good staves for them

The bug just happened today with the update.

Yep - I'm encountering this on my own characters - as soon as I doubleclick to equip another item, all bonus items for that character cease to be equippable.

That really sucks. its most liekly been brought to their attention so it should be fixed since its kinda a big problem. At least my speculation that it just happened with this update was right.

Seems to randomly affect people.

I equipped 3 of my heros today just a couple hours ago with the Spiritbinder.
So i also assume its a bug, and not intended. If so, Anet will catch it and fix soon!
