Looking for some comments on this. Seems to be working well for me

Curses 12+1+3
Soul reaping 12+1

Suffering
Shadow of fear
Feast of corruption
Defile enchantments
Desecrate enchantments
Signet of sorrow
signet of lost souls
rez sig

Cast suffering and cover it with shadow of fear. Launch FoC for a massive spike and follow it up with the DE's for added damage.

I use lost souls for health and energy and sorrow is a great high damage, armor ignoring, quick casting spike spam with a condition thats real easy to meet.

something ive been finding a good use for in so many builds since its update is glyph of lesser energy. if im not using my secondary as most any caster, i try and squeeze in GoLE. in this build, it can basically give you a free suffering/FoC whenever you need it. spike on demand. but this looks fine.

Consider taking Ulcerous Lungs. Suffering + UL = -4 degen on nearby. Would help with the spiking.

Arcane Echo is good to use with FoC. Also, try Reckless Haste, it is good to put on as a "spread" hex.
