In Inventory it shows Goren and Koss have helmets so why aren't they wearing them when your outside? Other characters have their head cover! We should have a choice wether or not our hero wears his helmet or not!

Koss is actually equiping the helmet. It's under that rug he has in his head.
Gorem does not need helm, nothing to protect there.

Not an important feature that I would really care about but I do feel that aesthetics-related options do help to make the game more lovable.

Well... I must state that must NPC are fixed models, not 'composed' like character ones, so they'll have to add two models for Koss and Gorm with and without helmet.

Still, they would only need to add a "floating" helmet that would intersect with their skull.
