Preordered Item Glitch?

Yeah, I have 2 accounts and I used the bonus command and got the bonus items for my new account, but I can not equip them... what's goin' on???

And in fact... I tried deleting them on my old account, I did the bonus command, and I went to reequip the items, but I am not able to reequip... whats up with this???

You're not the only one.. Since yesterday's update noone was able to reequip preorder items.

I had that problem in pre-searing once (and I didn't know about the /bonus command back then, so It bothered me).
I don't think everyone has that problem, since I equipped one of my chars with one of the bonus items yesterday (and still can today).
