Archaic Trading System Update??

I like playing the game overall, but I really dislike the current trading system. I feel that it takes entirely too long to buy/sell items to other players and is unsuccessful a lot of the time.

Since the Guild Wars team doesn't want us using eBay etc. to trade out of game, I suggest a new trading system.

I would like to see a Trading Agent much like the Xunlai that would allow you to deposit a reasonable number of items you would like to sell and set a number of parameters that could trigger a sale of the item, such as strike price or lower limit, whether you will accept offers, and an item you would trade for.

The Agent would allow the buyer to deposit the money for the seller and take immediate ownership of the item. Sellers would then be able to go to the Agent and pick up any cash or traded items.

You would obviously need a bit of a different interface for this than is currently available in game, but I feel this would shore up a very weak point in the game.

The Agent should allow a prospective buyer to sort and search items by name, type, stats, etc.

Anyone else feel this way?? What is the feasibility of getting this added soon??

Thanks,

If you do a search, you'll find dozens of other suggestions and requests for trade improvements. I honestly have no idea why Anet hasn't put more priority on something that has been requested so often.
