One of my favorite quests was Sunspears in Kryta because I got to explore and fight inside Lion's Arch. I loved that. A completely empty LA no traders, merchants, crafters or traders, it was great fun. This would be great fun to do, maybe in all towns there could be a little door (I have seen loads of unaccessible in loads of towns) that we go through, maybe a new quest every week, then go back into the city and a new horde of creatures have attacked, maybe repeatable quests.
