I looked to see if there were any topics on this already and didnt find any so if there is a thread I apologize and please merge this with it.
I have previously equipped items on my heroes that were customized to my character. But now I can't. Has anyone else noticed this. Is it supposed to be this way or is it a bug from and update?? Any assistance or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jinx

Yes, I did last night and reported the problem, but the ticket was immediately closed with the canned reply.

The Guild Wars Support Team After I tested further, I could not equip any BONUS item on any hero. Moreover, I could not equip the BONUS item in any of my weapon slots. I had a Guildie conduct the same process and also had the same effect. We deleted all the bonus items and reapplied the /bonus and had zero sucess with second attempt to equip heroes or our slots.
Was your problem with any customized weapon or a BONUS item?

ok thanks for the replies... Koala, I did look and didn't find anything referring to inability to equip customized items on Heroes. I guess I didn't us the proper search criteria but I did use the search function. I had not tested it on equipping the bonus items on my actual characters but I just did and same thing. No error just didn't equip. I did send a bug ticket to support also. I expect I'll probably get a similar response. But glad to hear they are already aware and working on it.

I haven't seen anywhere that said they were actively working on it, but I would have to assume they are.
It should not be a difficult issue to fix, unless it does have a desired effect that the heroes can't use the bonus items (or customized for the player).
