Blunt Damage 19-35 (req 9)
Health +21
Inscription 11^50

2. Icy Righteous Maul of Hammer Mastery
Cold Damage 19-35 (req 11)
Hammer Master +1 (19% chance while using skills)
Inscription halves casting times of spells (10%)
