I know most of these are useless as they sit, Im wondering about the skin/req...as with inscriptions and such, mods dont matter as much on an items value.

ya had a inscriptible one? I told a guy the other day his req 9 was worth at least 75k if he added 5>50 and 20% recharge and it sold as soon as he posted it... but he put b/o of 75k
