PC on ultra rare sephis axe pls

well i dont know if its been out there for a while but i need a PC on a:

"INSCRIPTED" SEPHIS AXE req12!!
15^50 inscription
+27hp

although purple and req 12 i thing this item is a fortune for its the first (as far as i know) to be inscripted

this isn't really a "fortune"...a gold req8 non-inscriptable would yes, be a fortun.
you could probably get 30-40k for this
and no it's not the first to be inscripted

there are already TONS of inscripted sephis axes, far from rare... 30-40k perhaps, being that it's purple, req 12, and not that hard to find anymore

10-20kish imo.. friend had some trouble getting 50k for a gold req12..
