spider caping over?

Recently i've been trying to hire a spider caping team in toa to get a widow for my ranger. the failure rate has been brutal ...people have made mention of an update not to long a go that has made things more difficult in the underworld for certain build teams mo/me r/ nature spirits teams not sure about 55/ss teams. i also noticed that the postings for spider caping services since oct is almost dead and some services have even posted that they had to put there operations on hold since the update. Are there any services out there still running on US servers that can successfully do this run in under 30 40 min. ? I really need a spider since i just gave up my lvl20 stalker to get one....dont want to lvl up another pet argh ! any feed back would be appreciated..
