What are your favourite enemies in Nightfall? Mine are the beetles, they are just so cute! The noise they make and the way they rol, arrgh I just want to cuddle one, even if they are extremely deadly!

I'll have go with OP and say beetles. They are just awesome to watch, and not to lethal if they are the early ones Not to mention them dropping geodes being a nice little bonus.

I had a good laugh when facing beetles in Vabbi for the first time... but I really started hating that noise by the time I reached the Realm of Torment. Plus the fact that the team gets killed so quickly by them (dervish AoE in Torment Realm... henchies/heroes don't split up, and puglets are not much smarter either, it seems).
I also love the Frenzy Termites, so easy to kill, sometimes you get a major experience spam when exterminating those critters.
But my all-time fav? Abaddon. I mean, HE CAN DANCE!

I like all the torment creatures. They would definitely make great mini-pets!
Margonites would be right up there with the Dune Wurms. These 2 would make great mini-pets as well. Could you imagine a mini wurm? When you move, it burrows and pops up where you are....

Rain Beetles for sure. I laughed for ten minutes straight the first time I fought them. They sound so cute and look so absurd, they're utterly incongruous.

I remember the first time I came across them on the day of release. My eyes lit up when I heard them. I told everyone I knew about how cute they were. I'm obsessed with them now.
Please, please, please ANet make them a mini-pet!

As far as looks and style go, Graven Monoliths are the most original - the ability to change into three different forms with three different professions is a pretty cool idea. Too bad the Gravens are so weak they die when you so much as breathe on them.

Honestly I love the Mandragoran's. The burrowing and earth gliding is so cool and they just come out of nowhere

I simply love those monsters that drop gold weopons for me.. Being non disciminitory I don't hold the grotesque appearance of many of these fine beasts against them when they cough up the goodies.

Margonite Reapers and Ascendants. Shadow of Fears, they have a cross on their faces. Water Djinns are just kickass. Junnhuarn (Spelling) Wurms.

A like a lot of the Nightfall enemies - the Margonites, Djinn, the beasts of Torment... But as many people have said, both in this thread and in my alliance... Beetles! They're so cute, I cried when my evil, evil hench killed the poor little buggers.

The Rock Beetles are definitely the coolest enemies in Nightfall. But I swear they ripped them off from the movie Critters.
