Consistency in Armor/Weapon Stat Displays

Currently, with all the insignias, inscriptions and runes, the displays for armor and weapon stats will show the lines in a descending order based on which modifier was applied last. That can be somewhat confusing, especially with armor pieces, as to which applied modifier provides which stat(s).

Take for instance the armor on my Elementalist. She wears Sunspear armor that has insignias and runes applied to provide her with more energy and to boost certain attributes. Radiant insignias have been applied to all pieces, along with Runes of Attunement, Energy Storage, Vigor and Fire Magic. However, if I choose to apply different insignias down the road, which of the three "Energy +X" stats on each armor piece would I lose? I can keep them fairly straight in my head, but some people might not be able to. The stats shuffle around depending on if I applied the Radiant insignias before or after the other runes.

The same goes for weapons, prefix stats can be listed after suffix ones and inscription slots can appear before or after either of those. With some staves and wands, the modifiers can even appear before the item's inherent stats and damage listings!

Long story short, I would like to see some consistency in the statistics for armor and weapons. If an item has slots for prefix, suffix and inscription then the display should follow that convention all the time. Some examples would be:

(You'll have to bear with me on the lame presentation, I didn't take screenshots)

Code:
{Prefix} Spiked Recurve Bow {of Suffix}
Piercing Damage: 15-28 (Requires 9 Marksmanship)
{Fixed Prefix description line}
{Fixed Suffix description line}
{Fixed Inscription "type" line}
{Fixed Inscription description line}
{Value: XXX}

{Insignia} Elite Sunspear Robes {of Suffix}
Armor: 80
{Inherent Health/Energy/Regen/Armor}
{Fixed Insignia description line}
{Fixed Suffix description line}
{Value: XXX}
{Customized for Your Name Here}
A consistent, set layout for the stat display would avoid any confusion (especially for the newbies, I'm thinking of you guys here ) as to which modifier does what. I'm sure many of us have seen the Raven staves, among others, that have up to 8 lines of text with many of the secondary attributes listed above the base damage line. It's a rather jumbled mess of statistics and I'm sure you can agree with me on that.
