now see i dont understand that cuz wouldn't it make sense if u use daggers to have atleast 13 dm?
just something that always that confuzzled me

Yes it wouldn't be effective to use attack skills with less DM

But Req.13 item is more common than Req.7-8 and therefore it has less value.
