for the sword, get the +30 hp grip off it, and not sure about the hammar

Salvage both for as many of the mods as you can get.

stone crusher is a somewhat sought after hammer though -10ar would turn many players off
i would try around 20-25k for the hammer judging from the fact that a +30 and 20/20 for hammer only go for 5k each..

and yes..salvage the sw mod and ene mod if possible.
