What Lightbringer Rank will you require for Domain of Anguish PuGs?

well generally when you finish the game you'll have AT LEAST R2.... i'm thinking asking for R3+ wouldn't be to much to ask for as it's really not that hard to get (I'm R6).

Really, to me, it just boils down to discrimination before the fact. So many here are saying that Here is the Truth and yet not a one of them has been in the new mission. Rather disgusting, in my opinion. As stated in my original post, I have no doubt that Lightbringer rank can have some benefit to the mission,however, I also think that it will (by no means) guarantee success. To have so many placing an inordinate amount of importance on something that they have no idea about is truly amazing to me. To me it seems that many are just looking for a reason to not enjoy the game and to find a way to share that with others. Too bad, really, as I have found this game to have many players that used to go out of their way to help others. Looks like that is all behind us now.
Again I state that I now fully understand why Heroes are so popular. Now, at least, there is no reason to talk to those that think others are worthless as humans because they do not live up to the standards that others impose. I reckon this should make me happy. Now, when my life allows, I can go into this new area with guildies and/or heroes and see what a wonderful thing that ANet has created. I will not have to bother with trying to get into groups because my characters are only rank 7, 5, 1, and 0. In fact, now that I think about it, life just got easier. I will just play with people and heroes that I know. No need to worry about another that thinks are a better human because they leave their computer on all night or while they are in school.
Of course there is another option that is available to all of us in this game. There is the option to just form up and go explore the new area. Speaking only for myself, that is what I would like to see. Somewhere down the road do I expect that to be the same? No. Time will move on,people will learn what works and what does not. No worries. For now, when it is not even open, it makes me sick to see so much "1337ism". Well, I may be out of line. After all, I have no doubts that everyone here that is calling for a particular rank in lightbringer has already beat the mission. Especially since none of us have been there yet.
Anyways, that is just me. For the time being, I am just happy that there is new content to go and explore. Sorry, I have always liked the simple things in life. I look forward to seeing you all when this area is finally open. Good luck and happy hunting!

Pugging in general is deriving enjoyment from watching people fail in new and exciting ways. Which is to say, that if I ever PUG here, I will be accepting blind invites, and will be all sorts of surprised if we get past the first mob. If I actually want to succeed, I'll be playing with people I know.
Also, because I am an insomniac jackass who can post in closed threads, I'll point out that there's no difference in difficulty to getting rank 8 Lightbringer over rank 4. Unless you think that farming the same mobs over and over again, or leaving your computer on overnight while your heroes do it for you, qualifies as hard.
