Twin Moon Strike, bugged?

I lose two enchantments when I use this skill.

It reads: "Melee attack. You lose one enchantment. If an enchantment is lost in this way, you strike twice and gain xx health."

Am I wrong or doesn't that mean that you lose one enchantment, and swing twice? I'm guessing the mechanic might be bugged and the game thinks that you've used the skill twice when you make two swings. Highly annoying.

The only time I've seen Twin Moon Sweep take off two of your own enchantments is if you combine it with Attacker's Insight. If you have only Attacker's Insight active you do not strike twice, do not gain health, do not pass go, and do not collect $200.
