after the update i checked out chantry and found millions of ghost in american districts I got screens....(but still dont know how to put them in here )

I think it is a nice spurr of the moment event. Everyone is in the main cities just like it was halloween or wintersday. ANet should add a glitch like this every now and then as an event...

You can actually tell this yourself by looking closely. If it were his character selected, his guild tag (and the square edges of it, which are visible) would be gold, not blue.
