ok so i just bought a +5 energy FIERY gladius but I was wondering... is there such thing as a +5 gold regular Gladius (not from Elona) (similar to a denravi sword).
I heard that it's possible to get one from FoW (via chests) but i heard from othrers that its not possible. So tell me..
is there such a core-skin Gladius with +5 energy (gold too)??

I've noticed that the regular Gladius skin will drop in Nightfall, so you could theoretically get a Gladius with an open Inscription slot and make it +5 energy.
And the Gladius I currently use was a lucky UW drop.

Nah, mine is a +14%/-5 energy. But, any weapon can have any mod, so at that point it's just a matter of luck.

I hope he doesn't want it for PVP though, because the original Gladius skin is the default for PVP swords.
IMO the new Gladius skin is much cooler.
