I know mesmer has been a somewhat unpopular profession lately, but I've got an amazing domination staff sitting around, can I get a PC???
Defensive Shadow Staff of Domination Magic
Halves Skill Recharge of Spells (20%)
Energy +10
Chaos Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 11 Domination Magic)
Halves Casting Time of Spells (10%)
Domination Magic +1 (20%)
Armor +5
