Lightbringer Procession And Dicussion

I have been farming LB points in Nightfallen Jahai. Hopefully this is not an exploit so here goes:

I have previously completed "The Missing Patrol" quest and recieved "The Oddbodies" from Capt Yithliss. I never complete this quest (or it ruins this). I enter NJ through the Gate of Nightfallen Lands and go around to the back of the gate (left out of the gate) and get the oddbodies (the npcs not the quest), which give me 6 more *fighting* NPCs in addition to the 8 I already have. You get a monk, ele, warrior, ranger and a paragon ( can't remember what prof Yithliss is ). Now I can kill up to 2 groups at once with impunity. Adding a MM to my build makes it go even faster. You can blow through the Margonites very quickly (I dont even wait for nrg regen, I use a double XP/30 seconds scroll and goooooooo!)

FYI here is my team build if your curious:

Ranger (me mostly dmg)
Monk (Healing)
Ranger Hero (spamming winter/GC/FW)
Necro Hero (MM)
Warrior hench
Derv hench
Para hench
Monk hench

Oddbodies
Igraine (Ghost of a member of Ascalon's Chosen, Elementalist)
Garfaz Steelfur (Charr, Warrior)
Scout Ahktum (Ghost of a Sunspear, Ranger)
The Lost (Margonite, Paragon)
Thenemi (Forgotten, Mesmer)
Capt Yithliss (??)

I get 700-800 pts per run (if you are brave, you can trigger the spawn point of the torments by the Gate of Pain but dont get too close or the oddbodies quest will get completed)

ign Jimmy Peandragon [Conquering Commander] I follow this idea as well, before even knowing it had been written down.

* Leave from Gate of Pain to Nightfallan Jahai
* Get the Margonite hunter skill
* Go east from there and grab the Demon Hunt skill.
* Run south to get the Monolith hunt and Titan hunt.
* Avoiding monolith groups of three, unless you got Monolith Hunt
* Get to the Oddbodies and clear the whole map

Usually you'll come across 4-8 chests as well. ANd it is recommended to do it with at least 2 people!

Have you tried that? Those Torment demons spawns are a good 100 points every run. Ya, I never complete the quest. Mapping in and out resets everything too, so the last group I hit is the multiple spawns around that gate (I know where to stand so they spawn right into my group fun fun!) These groups are much larger than the normal groups (about the size of the boss groups) and some of them even try to sneak up behind you.
