Can't get rid of hero weapons

Is there a way to get rid of the weapons the heroes come with? I can't sell, salvage or drop them anywhere. This pretty bad as i'm tight on space and don't really want 10 rubbish weapons lying in my storage.

press i then throw them in your trashcan.

Drag them to the trashcan (right of the bags in your inventory).

That is also true of preorder weapons and the starter weapons given you for your toon. Some you can drop on the ground, most you have to trash.
