video card problems

I know that this has allready been posted but i have a coupple of questions i want to ask before i buy my video card

heres the video card im getting,does this fit the requirements?

2.my comp has the one video card input that most (newer ver) of video cards cant fit into the video card slot.would this card fit into my card slot?if it doesnt or doesnt fit the requirements,can u give me a link to a video card that u recoment with my computer hardware?

3.here are my computer data

Does this fit the requirements?
