they use it all the time in HA for "holding" teams. Not exactly sure what the whole build is though.

The Avatar of Grenth is used primarily to strip enchantments,since that is it's strength.

It is the perfect anti-enchantment attacker, doing physical damage and rending magic fortified players without the downside of using necro rending skills.

I would imagine an IAS is used, and the Dervish has a few of those to chose from.
