Magic door?

I found this door in the forum highlands, it was flashing this yellow light and was in a tiny crevice. behind me there is a natural pillar with a huge piece of glass supported by a wooden structure. and on the mountain adjecent to me there is another mirror. Both of them have a ray of light focused at each target. I was perplexed by it and I searched wiki and this forum for anything about it. It reminds me of the dragons in keining. If this is part of a quest just give the name and no spoilers please.
