Stonesoul Strike - location not found in any database

Might anyone know where the monk skill "Stonesoul Strike" can be acquired, in a quest or by a trainer? I have looked in this database as well as others, and I haven't a clue. Either no one knows, or it must be so immensely conspicuous that it hasn't been worth documenting it...
