PC on Gold Bleached Skull (Perfect Mods) and 2 Shields (Lotus, Reinforced Defender)

Hi, I'd need a PC on the following Gold and of course max items:

1)
Bleached Skull (req. 10 Soul Reaping)
Energy+12
Health+60(while hexed)
+Inscription Slot

2)
Lotus Shield (req. 11 Strength)
Armor+16
Health+43 (stance)
+Inscription Slot

3)
Reinforced Defender (req. 13 Command (ouch!!))
Armor+16
Health+30
+10 vs. Fire (Inscription)


My guess would be to merch #2 and to salvage #3, but I've no idea about #1.
