Manually arrange characters

I don't think it would be that hard for Anet to modify the game to allows us to manually choose the order of our characters on the character sleect screen. Sometimes the characters get randomized anyways, I am not the only person to have that happen.

I vote we should be allowed to manually reorder the character select screen to how we want.
