Armor 16 (Req. 9 str)
Recieved damage -2 (stance)
Any other mods/bonuses (preferrably in stance)

ok, here's something a bit more specific:

Armor: 16 (req. 9 Strength)
Reduces physical damage by 2 (while in Stance)
Health +30

Which, to my understanding, is the same stats as Strongroot's Shelter.
