Stupid GW NPCs wasting time

Did Pogahn Passage with my new NF ranger today.. did all the optional bonus n got to the end. Killed last group then ran to the end of the dock, rdy to press the skip button. But nothing happened.. then i realized that Komir n other NCP weren't with my group. (gw001.jpg)

So I flagged all hero/hench and ran all the way back to jail.. Stupid Komir n Shahai were stuck there. (gw002.jpg) There were nothing blocking the NPCs yet there were stuck..

At least Komir started to follow but Shahai didn't. Ran around the area for like 2 mins til finally Shahai started to follow. (gw003.jpg)


Hour or two later my ranger is doing Tihark Orchard.. this time the stupid Vabbian Guards (u get 4 of em in ur team) got stuck. all 4 of em. (gw004.jpg)
They didn't move at all, so i had to use myself as sponge n lure harpies to the guards one by one. (gw005.jpg) And I couldn't lure all of em to the guards cos some were too far.


Anyway i thought ill post this here while i cool down.. i think its the stupid update cos ive done both missions with 4 other chars n never had these problems b4.

anyway im not having much luck with my ranger.. she had to do ruins of morah mission 3 times. (i know sad) kinda weird tho cos all other chars got pass all the missions easily.. maybe i got cursed by some nub.

I have also tried this with my ranger the last few days. First time the Kormir was stuck and the second time it was Shahai. I think I'll wait and see if they fix this before I try it again.

Missions where we need to babysit NPCs are FTL.

Yes, they seem to get stuck rather easy and I think that part of it is bad AI? The guards in the Tihark mission stood on top of each other and wouldnt move until i agroed the harpies to them. Although i suppose the coding gets a little complicated when they are overlapping...maybe they get confused and think that they are body blocking each other?

Bad AI ? no , the AI of the NPC's in GW are as good as an average Unreal tournament player , i think its just the landscaping that is not what it needs to be , but hey , this is me judging

Heh, same thing happened to me last night.
I was doing it with guildies and Kormir just kept getting stuck, although she would then move again.
It might be a new bug since it never happened before.

Same thing happened to me, only with Kormir. Ended up beating the mission with 2 seconds to spare O_O

Yep, they broke something with they're pathing or something, because the first few times I did that mission I never had a problem with them. I just did it last night and they got stuck in the prison, and I didn't notice until I had cleared the way to the dock, luckily I had enough time to go get them and win, but it needs to be fixed fast.

The NPCs always stop in Poghan for my Paragon...Been stuck there awhile now.

This has happened to me three times now; first time I get to the Docks and nothing happens cos Komir isn't with me; rush back and find her stuck on the wall.

Try the mission another two times and she gets stuck on the wall each time refusing to exit the prison; talking to her, /STUCK makes no differerence.

Fix please Anet cos I ain't wasting my time again till the dumb path is corrected.
