Best builds for margonite groups

Hey guys, I have a derv with all the elite forms, not all the elite skills though.. What's the best idea for the new elite mission in NF?

I'm not sure if I should go with holy dmg, cold, earth?... Any help on what builds I could use that would be to my best benefit on the elite mission?
