-must be blue
-must be max
-must be FULLY moddable (aka C3 ones)

above are the criterias of blue that im looking for...
low reqs are prefered but not a must...also mainly looking for warrior shields but everything that meets the requirement will be considered!!

I am pretty sure i havent seen one yet. been looking in all the high end/sell/price check for req 8 max golds. Never saw a max blue item with inscirption.
