well itd be hard to sell
I'd use it f0r my ranger cus his marksmanship is 14 so req doesnt matter to me and if u use enchants itd be good, id overmod it till its perfect so i wont spend much on a perfect low req 1.

if u wanted to sell it it wouldnt be worth much , if your lucky 5-15k
