I'm talking to the prisoner, but after I'm done there is no quest update. It just tells me to talk to him, but I already did. Am I missing something here?

Did you do the 'no more questions for you' option? That should put an arrow over the female npc so you can continue.

Lol, yup that did the trick. I'm just used to clicking 'x' on text windows rather than the exit chat option all the time, so it never even occured to me to click the no more questions option!
