This is mainly just a gimmick build that I decided to try out, what the heck, and ended up getting Masters on the Grand Court of Sebelkeh with it, so it must not be too bad. This build can be changed fairly easily, since a lot of the skills are no attribute.

16 Inspiration, 13 Fast Casting, Decent lightbringer and sunspear title ranks suggested.

Mainly I use Lightbringer about 7 times relatively consecutively. LBG does not just deal AOE damage and interrupts the target, it also interrupts all the foes it hits aswell, meaning you'll probably interrupt a quite a few things unintentionally. I cast LBG 3 times, interrupt maybe or drain energy, cast 3 more, then cast the one that doesn't recharge. Web of Disruption can interrupt anything and is a decent hex since it can interrupt again. Drain Delusions nets you energy for removing a mesmer hex on the foe and is a 1/4 casting time so you can interrupt or just remove it. Normally I interrupt Crossfire, Healing Signet, Troll Unguent, and generally any spell that isn't too fast. This build can easily nuke out a mob of Margonites for relatively cheap, plus there's decent energy management. I personally used the Staff of the Forgotten (Fast Casting) since it's such a generally good staff. When I first made this, I didn't really think it'd work too well, but it's actually pretty decent, you might want to change it around to use domination magic like Shatter Delusions and Guilt/Shame for energy and interrupts, but I think the icon for Web of Disruption and how the skill works is just cool...

not sure how effective energy tap will be, since lightbringer's gaze isn't exactly the most energy demanding skill :P

i might bring another interrupt, and if you really need the energy then go with power drain. having margonites lose 6 energy is not going to accomplish very much, since they have a huge pool anyways and die before they can use it all up
