Location of Ele Blade

Im not sure if this is the right area and if it isnt I apologize I just didnt see an area that would of been better with how I was thinking.

Its just through looking at all the Nightfall stuff I, as im sure many others do really like the Elemental Blade. I want to go out and hunt one out for myself but Ive now heard of 2 areas and im not sure which is the right area to hunt through so I was hoping for some advice/clarification.

I was wondering where is the Ele Blade drops located? I thought and origonally heard they drop in Vabbi but Ive also heard a few times there in Torment.... Can someone please help tell me where I can find the Ele Blade?
