Wont connect to A-Net

Everytime i try to get into Guild wars on my laptop a red box comes up in the loading part and says unable to connect plz verify your internet conection (which obviously is on, i can get into the internet without any problems)

ne1 knows how can i solve this?

Are you on wireless connection ? try running a diagnostic check on guild wars directory C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\Gw.exe"-diag then click okay and follow the instructions. Well if It didn't work then try reporting it to Anet Support.

Check your firewall setttings to make sure Guild Wars has permission to access te internet.
