Stuck on Login Screen

I am unable to connect past the login screen. I put in my password & click login. That is as far as it goes, over 1/2 hour now & nothing.

I have re-booted my pc twice, & restarted the game about 4 times.

Anyone else having this problem??

What else can I do to sort this out.
