I come from world of warcraft and was wondering if there was such thing as AGGRO/ hate/ threat. Also is there any mods that improve game play, not like hacking mods but like user interface mods because in world of warcraft you can have UI mods and stuff like that. Just wondering thanks in advance.

Yes, there is something in GW that we refer to as "aggro", but I'm not quite sure if it's the same as it is in WoW.
On the GW minimap/radar, you are represented in the centre as a green dot. Around you is a white-grey circle, often referred to as your aggro bubble or danger zone. Any monsters on the radar (represented by red dots) that enter your aggro bubble will become hostile and attack you.
In GW, there are no mods. However, if you want to change your UI you can do that from your game options, reachable by pressing F11 in game. You can change every aspect of your UI from there.

As stated, there is aggro in GW - if you get too close to monster's they will attack you. some monster's are passive and won't attack you unless you attack them, but most are aggressive and if your "aggro circle" touch's them they will attack you.
As for mods - there are no legal mods for GW. And unlike WoW there are no UI mods to change the look of it. You can change the UI in the game, but all that does is let you move things around, change their shape and size as well as not display certain feature's if you don't want. There are no 3rd party mods to add button's, change the "skin" of the ui, etc.

Yeah I knew about that little bubble but what about like Attacking something and holding that specific NPC on you. Like that glint thing I remember doing that and she was always coming off me/tank. I only have the first guild wars thats why I named glint. Don't know anything else really.

To be honest, I don't know if monsters will always keep targeting the first ally that aggros them. I've noticed that some monsters will change targets after I interrupt them (useful if they've decided to target the monk) but aside from than I couldn't say for sure.
